This 16 week progressive training plan is designed for those who already have a solid level of fitness upon which to build and have been consistently training 7-8 hrs per week. You should be able to swim 2km non stop, be regularly cycling 4+ hours per week and running, on average 20-30 km per week for at least 8 weeks prior to starting this plan.
